SRINAGAR: The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, extended New Year greetings to the people on the eve of 2026.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor wished all citizens joy and prosperity in the coming year, emphasising that the New Year brings new hopes and opportunities.
He urged the public to commit to building a happier and healthier society and to work towards taking Jammu and Kashmir to new heights of development and prosperity. Sinha also highlighted the importance of contributing to the welfare and progress of India, preserving core values, and meeting future challenges to realise collective aspirations.
The Lieutenant Governor concluded his message by hoping that 2026 would bring happiness and success to all.
