Police claimed to have seized live ammunition from possession of a pilgrim who was en route to the Vaishno Devi shrine in Reasi district on Monday.
A live cartridge of an AK-47 rifle was seized from a pilgrim who was en route the Vaishno Devi shrine in Reasi district here, police said.
The live cartridge was seized person identified as Sukh Sagar, from Chattisgarh during checking on a route leading to the cave shrine, reports said.
The person has been detained and a case has been registered in this regard.
