SRINAGAR: In one of the intense violation of ceasefire along the Line of Control in Saujiyan sector of Poonch, seven persons including two porters have received injuries so far.
Earlier, according to officials, at around 2 PM, three civilians were injured after a intense shelling from across the LoC at Saujiyan bus stand.
“After initial injury to three civilians, four more injuries took place that include two porters and two civilians with total seven injuries have taken place so far,” SSP Poonch Ramesh Angral told news agency KNO.
He added that heavy firing and shelling is going on still in the area.
