Despite rising tensions after frequent ceasefire violation across the LoC, the routine cross-Line of Control (LoC) trade remained unaffected on Thursday.
Heavy exchange of firing between armies of India and Pakistan in Hajipeer sector of Uri early Thursday, however, it did not affect the on-going cross LoC trade.
Sources said the LoC trade remained untouched and at least 35 trucks crossed the Kaman-Aman Setu bridge into Muzaffarabad while as at least 11 trucks from another side of divided Kashmir reached Salamabad Trade Facilitation Centre (SFC).
