Following the call for protest given by the Mutahida Majlis I Mashawarat after Friday prayers, a protest rally(march) led by chairman JKLF Mohammad Yasin Malik will be organized in Sopore town on Friday April 26, 2013 after Friday prayers, JKLF spokesman said in a statement today.
“People through this protest rally will highlight the demand for return of mortal remains of father of kashmiri nation Shaheed Mohammad Maqbool Bhat and son of Kashmir Shaheed Mohammad Afzal Guru, The plight of prisoners especially lifers languishing in jails, arrest of youth, kids under black law called PSA and other human rights abuses by the Indian forces in nooks and corners of Jammu Kashmir”, he said.
Meanwhile, he said a JKLF delegation led by Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi visited Qulibal Sopore and expressed heartfelt condolences to the family of wife of Mohammad Akbar Shah. Bakhshi was accompanied by Siraj ud Din Mir and others
