SRINAGAR: Tragedy struck in the Gandhi Nagar area of Jammu on Tuesday, claiming the life of a man when a tree unexpectedly fell on him.
The victim has been identified as Bharat Bhushan (58), the son of Hans Raj and a resident of Hakkal Chatha Satwari.
According to an official, Bharat Bhushan was fatally injured when the tree collapsed in the Gandhi Nagar locality of Jammu.
He said that dead body was, shifted to GMC Jammu while further proceedings have been taken up. (KS)
