One person died after he fell from a tree in district Kupwara last evening, police said Thursday.
“Mustaq Ahmad Gojri son of Wali Mohammad resident of Reshi Muqaam Kandi fell from a Deodar tree in the Drugmulla forest area and died on spot,” the police spokesperson said in a statement. “After completion of legal formalities, the body of deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites.”
