An unidentified person was found dead and two structures were damaged in two separate fire incidents in the valley, police said on Saturday.
Fire broke out in the shop of Mohammad Younis Banday son of Ghulam Mohammad Banday resident of Beerwah at main Market Beerwah, Budgam. During search, a charred male unidentified body was recovered inside the shop. The body is lying in Police Station Beerwah. Beerwah Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, fire broke out in the residential houses of Asadullah Parry son of Haji Ali Bhat and Ghulam Mohammad Bhat son of Ali Bhat residents of Paithan Chandana, Ganderbal, resulting in partial damage to both the house. Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and local police.
