Two persons including a 17 -year-old girl consumed poison across the valley.
According to police spokesman, a 40 year old Ali Mohammad Ganaie son of Abdul Gani Ganaie resident of Darien Qazigund consumed some poisonous substance at his home. He was shifted to District Hospital, Anantnag for treatment. Qazigund police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a 17-year-old girl (name withheld) resident of Tikipora consumed some poisonous substance at her home in the Sogam, Kupwara. She was immediately rushed to the sub district Hospital Kupwara for treatment. Kupwara Police has registered a case in this regard.
