The detained Muslim league chairman and Senior Huriyat Conference (G) leader Masrat alam bhat was Tuesday produced before the court of Session Judge Kutua that sent Bhat to 10days judicial remand.

The reports received by KNS mentioned that Bhat was produced before the Kutua court in connection with the First Information Report (FIR) No 79/2013 under section 13ULA.

The judge at Kutua court sent Bhat to 10 days Judicial remand and after that that Bhat was shifted to District Jail Kutua.

The Muslim league spokesman Showkat Hakeem while condemning Bhat’s continuous detention told KNS that the authorities are hell bent to break the will of Bhat but such tactics would not deter us from  trading the path of just struggle. The spokesman further mentioned that the league would continue their efforts for the resolution of Kashmir in accordance to the UN resolutions.
