SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir is likely to experience generally dry weather over the next two days, with isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers expected during the late evening, according to the Meteorological Centre Srinagar.
The weather is forecast to become more variable from September 14 to 16, when rain or thundershowers may occur at scattered to many places, particularly during the early morning and afternoon-to-evening periods.
The Met Centre has also issued a caution for thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds at a few places during September 14–16.
Generally dry weather is expected to return from September 17 to 22, although isolated rain spells cannot be ruled out.
The weather office has advised farmers to continue harvesting apple and paddy crops and carry out other agricultural operations.
