While describing the yesterday’s blast in Rajouri, in which two kids lost their lives, as an unfortunate incident, the forest minister Mian Altaf has assured the bereaved family that the process has been initiated to find out the actual cause of the incident.

“Government will provide employment to one member of the family of   yesterday’s blast victims Shazeena Kounsar and Khurshid Mehmood, the kids of Lal Hussain of village Derra (Allal)” said the minister who visited the family on Thursday. The minister also conveyed   the sympathies of the chief minister, Omar Abdullah to the grief stricken family.

“Lost lives cannot be brought back”, said the minister and asked the affected family to exhibit courage and patience at this time of grief. He said the government will provide every possible assistance to the bereaved family and directed revenue authorities to come personally to the victims’ family to collect the requisite information rather asking them to come to revenue office.

The Minister also handed over a cheque of Rs. 2.20 lakh as ex gratis to the head of the family and asked the police and revenue authorities to complete all necessary formalities so that process for providing government   job to one member of the family was completed at the earliest.
