SRINAGAR: A militant was killed in a operation in Mirhama area in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday, an official said.

An official said that one militant has been killed in the encounter.
He said that the gunfight broke out in Mirhama area in Kulgam on Wednesday following a search operation.
Earlier, a police spokesman said a gunfight broke out between militants and forces in Mirhama village of Kulgam district.
