Militants on Friday hurled a grenade on a joint deployment of police and CRPF in Tral town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
An official said that militants hurled grenade on a joint team of Jammu and Kashmir policed and Central Reserve Police Force(CFRP) deployed at the main town in Tral.
However, there were no immediate reports of any loss or damage.
Meanwhile, some policemen have also suffered minor injuries during the stone pelting incidents in the area, the official said.
