SRINAGAR: A minor boy sustained injuries after being attacked by a leopard in the Shahnagri Mawer area of Handwara, North Kashmir’s Kupwara district, on Sunday evening.
As per reports, the boy was attacked near his home during the evening hours. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where his condition is being monitored.
The Wildlife Department has launched a massive hunt for the leopard and has already placed cages in the area to capture the animal. (News Vibes of India)
