A four-year-old boy died on Friday afternoon after he was drowned in Nallah in Arampora, Sopore town of district Baramulla.
The deceased has been identified as Hazik Nabi Ganie, son of Ghulam Nabi Ganie, a resident of Arampora, Sopore.
However the minor was recovered from the Nallah and taken to sub-district hospital Sopore where doctors declared him brought dead.
