SRINAGAR: Ms Sana Dua, Miss India, First Runner Up, along with her parents, called on Governor N.N Vohra and First Lady Mrs. Usha Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.

Ms Dua, who hails from Jammu, shared her experience of participating in the Miss India- 2017 beauty pageant and her underway preparations for representing India in the next international pageant to be held at Ecuador.

Governor and the First Lady congratulated Ms Dua for her enviable achievements and wished her high success in all her future endeavours. They complimented Ms. Sana’s parents for their daughter’s excellent attainments.

Dua is a profession lawyer and her family is with the army. She has practiced for a few months and then took the glamour line. She has been a model for some time and has chosen the glamour line as her career.

Dua was crowned as Femina Miss India J&K 2017 on April 16, 2017 at Delhi’s Leela Ambience Palace, during the North Zone crowning of Femina Miss India 2017. She represented the state in the overall competition that concluded at Yesh Raj Studio Mumbai on June 26.
