A woman and her daughter attempted to end their lives by consuming some poisonous substance in Dooru area of Islamabad in South Kashmir, police said Monday.
“In an attempt to end their lives, a woman and her daughter (names withheld) resident of Nowgam, Dooru consumed some poisonous substance at their home,” police said in a statement.
“The duo was immediately shifted to the district Hospital Islamabad where the daughter breathed her last.”
