as his wife earns Rs 9,55,679 per year.
As declared by Rather in his affidavit submitted to the Election Commission of India, he has owns a movable property worth Rs 10.15,746 and his wife owns the same type of property worth Rs 16,56,269 including 200 gms of gold.
Rather also owns 21 kanals and 9 marlas of agriculture land worth Rs 1 crore and his wife is the owner of 43 kanals and 2 marlas worth Rs 1.9 crore.
Rather has also 1 kanal of land in Friends colony Humhama and he own a residential building at Trikota Nagar Jammu.
Incumbent MLA of Chara-e-Sharif assembly segment has no commercial building but owns a building at Dalipora Nagam Chadoora.
