While terming Jammu and Kashmir chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, and National conference patron Farooq Abdullah pro-Indian, Hurriyat Conference (G) Chairman Syed Ali Geelani Sunday said that they are all hand in glove with RSS and try hard to spread their anti Kashmir agenda.
According to KNS correspondent t Geelani while releasing his book ‘Wular Kay Kinaray at his Hayderpora residence said: The main stream politicians including Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Omar Abdullah, Farooq Abdullah are Indians by conviction and are always busy in appeasing Indian government. Till the Kashmir issue is not resolved the prevailing uncertainty and instability in Jammu and Kashmir will continue,” he said.
Geelani also alleged that the BJP wants to implement the RSS agenda in Jammu & Kashmir and are using the main stream parties to reach to their dirty plan. “They have kick started a dangerous plan of changing the demography and the Muslim identity of this state and the PDP government can’t stop this. These people (PDP) are power hungry and they have no concern with the other things,” he said.
He appealed the people to remain united against the communal forces. “Until Army is present on the soil of Jammu & Kashmir, our freedom struggle will continue in any way and at any cost,” Hurriyat (G) chairman said.
He further said that no power in the world can keep us away from our freedom and history is testimony to the fact that big powers have surrendered in front of struggling nations,” he said.
Commenting on the settlement of Kashmiri Pandiths Geelani said, “No Kashmiri Muslim opposes the return of Kashmiri Pandits. But by creating separate cities for them, the government is actually working on its dangerous plan to harm our centuries-old brotherhood, to divide our society and to give our freedom struggle a communal colour. We will oppose it at every level and in every possible way,” he said.
He said since 1947, New Delhi all the times had tried to crush the resistance spirit of the people of Kashmir through various tactics and even after unleashing ‘terror’ by all means, jails are being packed to capacity to weaken the will of the ‘brave-hearts’.
Geelani accused the security forces of terrorizing the kashmiris. He also accused VDC members of horrifying the Jammu region local Muslims and creating turmoil like situation in Chenab valley. “Since these committees are directly under the influence of Sangh forces, their main aim is to compel local Muslims to vacate area,” he said
