Naeem Akhtar, Minister for Education called on Governor, N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan in Jammu on Monday.
According to government spokesman, Vohra and Akhtar reviewed the current position in regard to the functioning of the educational system at all levels in the Valley, where the students have undergone serious loss of the teaching schedules.
The two also particularly reviewed issues relating to the examination schedules envisaged for the colleges and universities.
The spokesman further said that Governor accepted Akhtar’s invitation to visit certain schools in Jammu and in the Valley.
