SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Farooq Abdullah has directed that senior party leader Haji Ali Mohammad Sagar shall continue as the party’s General Secretary until further orders.
An official order issued by Farooq Abdullah states that Sagar will continue to discharge his responsibilities as General Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference until further orders.
Sagar, a senior National Conference leader and seven-time MLA from the Khanyar constituency, has held the post of General Secretary since 2014.
He has also served in key ministerial positions in the Jammu and Kashmir Government.
