Terming the latest relief package of New Delhi for the flood victims of Kashmir, as an eyewash National Front chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan said that after preventing international aid to reach Srinagar, India has resorted to “economic terrorism” against Kashmiris whose economy was badly hit by 2014 floods.
In a statement to KNS, Khan said, “Relief package comes nowhere close to the great loss suffered by Kashmiri people especially the business community. He said that 27, 0000 structures, four Lakh hectares of agricultural land and four Lakh hectares of horticultural land was damaged due to floods so to compensate this huge loss Kashmir badly needs an international aid because India has totally failed to come to the rescue of flood victims of Kashmir.”
“India is looting the natural resources of Kashmir and if it will pay only the cost of water, the flood victims can easily be rehabilitated,” he alleged.
