The National Conference’s working president announced the Provincial Committee of the Kashmir Province on Thursday and informed that Young wing will also get activated soon.
An order to this effect was issued by the Provincial President of the party Nasir Aslam Wani in which the following activists were appointed as officer bearers.
Mohammad Sayeed Akhoon will be Senior Vice President, Abdul Rashid Shaheen is Senior Vice President in charge -Kupwara/ Baramulla/ Bandipora /Panchat Affairs, Syed Abdul Rashid will be Vice President in charge Islamabad/ Kulgam/Pulwama/ Shopian, Sheikh Abdul Rehman will be Vice President In charge Srinagar / Budgam/ Ganderbal, Showkat Mir will be Provincial Secretary, Din Mohammad cheetah will be Organizer Gujjar Affairs, Raja Nasir Khan will be Organizer Pahari Affairs, Mohammad Amin Khan will be Organizer Workers/ Employees Unions, Sajad Hussian will be Organizer Media and Publicity, Abdul Rashid Haroon will be Joint Secretary Public Relations, Ghulam Nabi Bhat will be Joint Secretary Office Affairs.
“This arrangement has been done till the party elections are held after membership is completed” an NC Spokesman said adding “The order has been approved by the working president of the party Omar Abdullah”. He also said the District Committee and the Young Wing of the party are also in the process of being formed.
