National Conference senior leader and minister for law and parliamentary affairs Mir Saifullah on Thursday said that the issue of creation of new administrative units across the state has been amicably sorted out between the two coalition partners in the state.Mir Saif ullah

Talking to KNS, Saifullah said that he don’t see any scope for reservations vis-à-vis the proposal of setting up of new administrative units as both the coalition partners—Congress and National Conference have accommodated each other’s viewpoint on the subject.

“The CSC will now submit its report to the state cabinet on its next scheduled meeting. The chief minister Omar Abdullah was genuinely concerned over delay in finalizing the CSC report. Mr Abdullah wants that people should not suffer for want of good governance at their doorstep. Since the issues between the two parties have been settled, I don’t see the chief minister will by concerned anymore,” the NC minister told KNS.
