Srinagar
Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Friday expelled the Block President of Hiranagar-North in Kathua district Shanti Saroop with immediate effect.
According to a spokesperson, Saroop has been expelled from the primary membership of the National Conference for life.
