MalikJammu Kashmir liberation front Tuesday started its consultative efforts to promote a unified approach for tackling new challenges that are being posed by “Indian rulers and their Kashmiri stooges” in the name of “Israeli type separate colonies” for pundits and army people, east India company type industrial policy, colonies for homeless outsiders and so on, a party statement issued here read.

The statement added that today a delegation of JKLF led by its chairperson Muhammad Yasin Malik met Kashmir high court Bar association, Kashmir economic alliance and Kashmir traders and manufacturers federation.

Chairperson JKLF Muhammad Yasin Malik along with JKLF delegation comprising of senior front leaders visited BAR association and met executive body  of BAR led by its president advocate Mian Abdul Qayoom.

This delegation, the statement added, also met Kashmir economic alliance chairperson Muhammad Yasin Khan and Kashmir traders and manufacturers federation officials.

“During the meetings JKLF Chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik informed the august bodies about the recent developments and conspiratorial programs like construction of separate colonies in the name of pundits, establishing separate colonies for ex-army people, construction of homes for non-Kashmiri homeless people, selling or leasing out Kashmiri land to Indian businessmen for establishing so-called industrial units etc,” the statement stated.

Malik told the trade bodies that Indian rulers and their “Kashmiri stooges” are hell bent upon changing the demography of Jammu Kashmir, changing its Muslim majority character and also destroy our already fragile ecology. “Conspiratorial programs are meant only to strengthen the illegal Indian occupation on Jammu Kashmir and also deviate people from their original struggle for freedom to other issues.”

Malik emphasized over the need of a collective and unified response to these new challenges posed by India and its “Kashmiri stooges”.

He said that stopping these conspiratorial plots is like a question of life and death for the people of Jammu Kashmir and for the same purpose JKLF has started this consultative campaign and we hope that all “pro-freedom parties, traders bodies, chambers, unions, civil society, students” and other people will come forward to tackle these new challenges and we all will come out with a collective and unified program to stop these “anti-Kashmiri” plots.
