According to Director School Education Kashmir, the admission process to new classes from 1st to 12th shall be completed by or before November 25, 2016. And for class 11th, the provisional admission shall commence as per past practice – two weeks after 10th class examination is over.
As per a statement by DSEK, the instructions have been issued to the Head of the Institutions to complete pending practical work of 10th and 12th class students appearing in regular examination, session 2016 within 15 days from the date of completion of 10th and 12th class examination respectively so that they are able to take their external practical examinations.
“Classes shall commence immediately and time table shall be prepared as per standard practice. The time table shall be implemented in letter and spirit,” reads the statement.
