SRINAGAR: National Investigation Agency (NIA) is carrying out raids at multiple locations in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Saturday.

Quoting sources news agency KDC reported that NIA sleuths with the assistance of Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF are carrying out raids in Kupwara, Ganderbal, Pulwama, Shopian and Baramulla district’s Sopore area. Raids are also going on in the Jammu division also, they said. If sources are to believed a minor boy was detinned for questioning by the probing agency during raid.

Residential house of Manzoor Ahmad Yatoo son of Abdul Khaliq, a resident of Ali-Kadal Srinagar A/P Ringil Nagbal area of Ganderbal was searched by NIA. Many residential houses are also being searched by the sleuths of the national probing agency.

Sources in NIA confirmed the raids and said details in this regard will be shared later.
