SRINAGAR: The NIA has sought death penalty for JKLF leader Yasin Malik in a funding case, reports from ANI stated.

The court has reserved the order in the case and will pass the judgment on sentencing today itself at 3:30pm.

According to reports, Malik in a court said he had been following Gandhian principles and non-violent politics.

“After dropping weapons, I have followed the principles of Mahatma Gandhi. Since then, I have been following non-violent politics in Kashmir,” he said.
