No civilian has been killed or injured in Marhama, Islamabad—as some rumour mongers updating on their Facebook pages, police clarified Wednesday.
“Some rumour mongers are updating on their Facebook pages that a civilian was killed and many other were injured in a firing incident at Marhama village of District Anantnag which is baseless and fabricated,” police said in a statement. “People are requested not pay heeds on these rumours.”
“Police have registered a case against these rumour mongers and investigation has been taken up.”
