In wake of the prevailing situation, authorities have suspended the class work at Amar Singh College Srinagar on Tuesday (May 28).

The decision to suspend the class work was taken keeping in view the prevailing situation of the valley, and to avoid any untoward incident. All the educational institutions’ mostly higher secondary schools and colleges have been advised by the authorities to not to indulge in any law and order situation.

Fearing protests, authorities earlier closed down various educational institutes across the valley for two days after the militant co0mkmander Zakir Musa was killed in a gunfight with government forces in Dadsara village of Tral in south Kashmir on May 23, (Thursday).
