Despite bad weather condition in valley, no exam has been postponed by the directorate of school education. The papers of class 10 and 12 will be taken on Monday, March 16 as per schedule.
While taking to Kashmir Life on phone, Showkat Ahmad Beigh, the director of school education said, “All exams will be held today as per schedule. We had a meeting with all senior officials and decided not to postpone the exams as we are already late for the session.”
He added, “If we further delay the exams it means the results will get delayed and so far we have already postponed some of our papers.”
Meanwhile on Monday morning, the valley received fresh snowfall creating problems for thousands of students to reach to their examination centres.
