School education department vowed to file a police case against a facebook user for posting ‘fake transfer order’ about principals in Kupwara district.
The facebook page—“department education-Kashmir division,” has posted a fake order claiming the Commissioner Secretary Shaleen Kabra has ordered transfer of 12 principals in the frontier district.
“There is no truth in the order and we will file a case against the facebook user for spreading fictitious order,” Additional Secretary Farooq Ahmad Dar, told GNS.
Director school Education, Kashmir, Showkat Ahmad Beigh also termed it as unacceptable.
“Our department has received number of calls following this fake order which has been spread by rumour mongers,” Beigh told GNS.
“It is unacceptable and we will file a police case against those responsible for it,” he added.
