In order to carry out works regarding 132 KV Beam structure to facilitate DC Railway traction work and other allied works at 132/66 KV Grid Station Samba, the shutdown of 132/66 KV Grid Station Samba will remain shut for two days on April 12 and 13 from 9 am to 3 pm.
According to spokesman, as intimated by the Chief Engineer, S&O Wing Jammu during the shutdown period, the power supply to Samba Town, Industrial area, Bari-Brahmana, Ghagwal, Vijaypur and other adjoining areas shall remain affected.
However spokesman adds that the power supply to Grid Station Bari-Brahmana-II shall be met from Gladni Grid Station during the shutdown period.
