Noora Hospital, a well known health care centre situated in the outskirts of the city is all set to launch 128 Slice Ingenuity CT Scanner, known for its faster scanning with highest image quality and 80 percent lower X-ray radiation.
Noora Hospital has become the first health institution of the state in private sector to have 128 Slice Ingenuity CT Scanner.
The launching of the new and modern Scanner is aimed to provide better services to the patients.
128 Slice Ingenuity CT Scanner will be the first kind of Scanner now available in Srinagar.
According to a spokesman of the Noora Hospital, Zainakote, HMT, Srinagar, the launching ceremony will be held on Friday evening.
He said that experts like Dr TBS Buxi, director, CT & MRI Sir Gangaram Hospital New Delhi will highlight the importance of 128 Slice Ingenuity CT Scanner.
The 128 Slice Ingenuity CT Scanner, is capable of high quality brain and body angiography.
He said that the Scanner has Virtual endoscopy and colonoscopy applications.
