Ex-Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Saturday said the build-up of the Nationl Security Adviser (NSA)-level talks between Indian and Pakistan was like “never before”.
“This #NSAtalks buildup has been like no other I’ve seen before,” he tweeted.
Though the two NSAs are scheduled to hold talks on August 23-24 in New Delhi.
