SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the nation on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day.
In his message, the Chief Minister reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening democracy, unity, peace and development in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said the spirit of Independence Day should continue to inspire hope and collective efforts towards building a stronger, peaceful and prosperous Jammu and Kashmir.
Abdullah also expressed hope that the occasion would renew the resolve to work towards a brighter and more inclusive future for all.
