Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah on Friday alleged People’s Democratic Party patron, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed of a “sell out”.

National Conference working President, Omar as usual took to microbloging site Twitter for the purpose.

“You already “sold out” by demanding Art 370 status quo when you had sold “Self Rule” to people in J&K, please stop playing the martyr,” Omar Tweeted

Omar also alleged Mufti of “helping” BJP in the legislative Council elections.

“Dear Mufti Sahib, please don’t say you won’t “sell out” b’cause you’ve already done that by helping BJP in the Legislative Council elections,” Omar Tweeted.

PDP and BJP are busy negotiating a Common Minimum Programme (CMP) to form a coalition government.

This will be the first ever government of the state by the support of the Hindu nationalists.

Omar’s National Conference too was a part of former NDA in 2002 however the party had an absolute majority in the state. Omar was a minister in the Vajpayee led BJP government.
