SRINAGAR: One person lost his life, and five others were injured in a road accident in Doda district of Jammu division on Thursday.
An official said that a car met with an accident in the Ponda area of Doda, resulting in one fatality and injuries to five others.
Among the injured, four are in critical condition, while one sustained minor injuries, the official said.
Rescue operations are underway.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation. (JKNS)
