One person was killed and another was injured when a stone rolled down from a hill and hit their vehicle on Srinagar-Jammu highway, official sources said on Wednesday.
They said that a heavy stone rolled down from a hill and hit a car resulting in injuries to two persons at Digdol on the highway on Tuesday night, news gatherer UNI reported.
The injured were rushed to the hospital where one of them identified as Barak Bilal, (23) a resident of Sanat Nagar, Srinagar was declared brought dead.
The injured Dawood Rashid (22)a resident of Khanqah has been admitted to Ramban hospital, reported UNI.
