The residents in Rajouri on Tuesday were startled after fourth incident of mysterious braid chopping was reported in Panja chowk locality.
A woman, identified as Mamta Verma, wife of Vinod Kumar, fell unconscious at her home at 7 am today. The family members of Verma said that her braid was chopped mysteriously.
As the news spread in the area, people rushed to her house, triggering panic in the area.
The woman was shifted to District Hospital Rajouri for treatment.
Three similar incidents have been reported in the district during past few days.
