The Opposition National Conference and Congress on Thursday create a massive uproar in Assembly over discrimination in macadamization of roads and staged a walkout.

During the question hour minister for Roads and Building was replying to a question of National Conference Legislator Mubarak Gul, opposition members stood up from their seats and raised the issue of discrimination in road macadamization.

Nc Legislator Ali Mohammad Sagar said that in ruling MLAs constituencies the roads were macadamized and the opposition members constituencies were ignored.

MLA Altaf Ahmad Wani asked Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti to intervene into the issue and end the discrimination.

The Roads and Buildings minister who was earlier present in the house told the house that the raods were macadamized as per demand and the area of the constituencies but opposition members of the NC and the Congress were dissatisfied with reply and walked into Well of House raising slogans.

Nc Legislator Majeed Larmi asked Nayeem Akhter that ” You are lier”,

The members shouted slogans like “Discrimination nahi chale gi” “Bandar bandth band karo” and “Birbal ko Band karo”.

They created a ruckus and staged a walkout from the House. The leader of opposition Omar Abdullah also walked out. entire opposition stages walkout from the house
