‘Kashmir Solidarity Day’: Pak Vows Continuous Support For ‘Freedom Movement’

pakPakistan President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif have vowed to continue unflinching moral, diplomatic and political support to the “struggle of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.”

In their separate messages on the occasion of ‘Kashmir Solidarity Day’, the two top leaders as per media reports have urged the international community to fulfill its promise made with the people of Jammu and Kashmir 68 years ago.

As reported by Daily Pakistan, the two leaders “salute the brave, valiant and courageous men, women and youth of Kashmir who laid their lives for the sacred cause of freedom in the last 68 years.”

They have further said that “Pakistan is committed to a just and peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UN resolutions.”

The President and the Prime Minister had also said that the peace in the region would remain elusive until the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.
