SRINAGAR: A driver of a passenger vehicle died in a road accident in the Qamarwari area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Thursday evening, officials said.
Quoting an official, KNO reported that the passenger vehicle of Mohammad Ashraf, a resident of Nawa Bazar Srinagar, rammed into a wall near Police Colony Srinagar. “The driver was injured in the accident and was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where the doctors declared him brought dead.”
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigation has been taken up.
