Condemning killing of party district president of Pulwama, Adv Abdul Gani Dar, People Democratic Party (PDP) has paid tributes and offered Fateha, to the leader and demanded “immediate and thorough probe” into his killing.
In a condolence meeting held at the party head quarters at Jammu Office on Thursday, a party statement said, the party leaders including Senior vice president Mohammad Sartaj Madni, General Secretaries Nizamudin Bhat, Qazi Mohammad Afzal and Rafi Ahmad Mir while paying rich tributes to him highlighted his contribution towards the welfare of the people of Pulwama and the party as well.

“They recalled his long association with the party leadership including party Patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. The leaders while condemning his killing has demanded thorough investigation and stern action against those involved in this heinous crime,” the statement added.
Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family the leaders said that his contribution would be remembered and void created by his demise would not be filled for long. They also prayed for eternal peace to departed soul.
