Minister for Public Enterprises, Hajj, Auqaf and Floriculture, Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed today directed the District Administration Islamabad for conducting survey for assessing the damages caused due to the earthquake in Kokernag Constituency. He has emphasized for immediate relief to the affected families.
Meanwhile, the Minister has also directed for assessing the damages caused due to the hailstorm to the maize and orchards in Larnoo, Gadool and Mattigowran area in Kokernag Constituency so that relief can be provided to the affected farmers at an earliest.
Peerzada has also assured that every effort shall be made to provide succor to the affected people.
However the minister of tourism, Ghulam Ahmad Mir has also expressed concern over the loss of life and property caused due to the earthquake in erstwhile Doda district yesterday.
