Claiming that people of J&K look forward towards Peoples Democratic Party to remove the “corrupt” National Conference-Congress regime which had made “empty promises” in the last four years, PDP president Mehbooba mufti said that  the people of J&K were fed up with the present set up and wanted a change from the NC-led government in the state.

“The people of Jammu and Kashmir are fed up with the present setup and they want a change to get rid of the corrupt NC-led government in the state,” PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said while addressing public meetings in Loren and Poonch on Friday
Accusing coalition government of  creating havoc, Mehbooba said that the people living in far-flung areas suffered the most due to the “wrong policies” of the NC-led government, and said they were deprived of basic amenities like drinking water, power and health facilities.

She appealed to the people, especially the youth, to support the PDP’s struggle for change so that Mufti Mohammad Sayeed’s vision of a peaceful and prosperous Jammu and Kashmir could be achieved.
