SRINAGAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday extended greetings to people on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi, expressing hope that the occasion strengthens togetherness and spreads joy.
“Eid Mubarak! Greetings on Milad-un-Nabi,” Modi said in a post on X. He also wished that the spirit of kindness and giving back to society would continue to guide people.
Milad-un-Nabi is observed to commemorate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad.
Modi said he hoped the occasion would further promote togetherness and joy among people.
