Accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of creating confusion among Kashmiris, independent Langate lawmaker, Er Rasheed said that PM Modi has nothing to offer and is creating confusion.
Addressing a public gathering at Kralpora Kupwara Rasheed reiterated that Kashmiris have offered huge sacrifices for nothing less than right to self-determination. “The propaganda against resistance leadership needs to be resisted in all forms as Hurriyat represents the sacrifices, sentiments and aspirations of Kashmiris. However Hurriyat leadership must not say any such thing that could bail out Narendra Modi and dilute the Kashmir cause.”
Rasheed accused mainstream parties of trying to find political dividends at the cost of diluting the real sentiments and aspirations of Kashmiris. He added that the sacrifices given by people of border district Kupwara are matchless, however it is for them to protect these sacrifices and not allow anybody to bailout New Delhi without giving Kashmiris what they deserve.
